By proceeding, you authorise Imnita Support to connect to your computer remotely to diagnose and resolve the issue described. You understand that:

Payment: A temporary authorisation hold will be placed on your card for one hour of service. You will only be charged for the actual time worked. Holds automatically expire after 7 days if no work is completed.

Unattended access: You grant Imnita Support permission to access your computer without you actively supervising every action. A support tool (RustDesk) will be installed temporarily to enable this. It will be removed at the end of the session.

Liability: While every care is taken, Imnita Support is not liable for pre-existing data loss or hardware faults. We strongly recommend backing up important files before any remote session.

Cancellation: If no work is performed, your card hold will be released within 7 days at no cost to you.
